Service & Re-do Policy: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having any challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. If you do not contact me within the required time frame you will be required to schedule and pay for a new service. A re-do service is to correct the original agreed upon service performed.

CANCELATION POLICY *

I understand that life is hectic and busy, more so now than ever! In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment or make any changes to the services scheduled. To help make this as easy and convenient as possible for you, I send out text confirmations 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule simply reach out to me by TXT at 989-941-6612 and I will be happy to assist you. Should you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice a 50% cancelation fee will be applied before a new appointment is scheduled. I reserve the right to waive the cancelation fee for legitimate emergencies. I understand that sometimes things come up that are out of our control. Please do not come to the salon if you aren't feeling well.

LATE POLICY *

Arriving late to your scheduled appointment may result in not having enough time for scheduled services. Please keep in mind I will do my best to achieve what is possible in the time allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you may be rescheduled.
