A Note About Salon Policies 💛
These policies are in place to help me provide the best possible experience for every guest who sits in my chair. As a stylist who typically doesn’t double book, my schedule and income depend on the time I reserve just for you. I truly value your support, your time, and the trust you place in me — and these guidelines help everything run smoothly for both of us!

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Life happens — I totally understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

  • More than 2 late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.

I completely understand that life happens — if you’re sick or facing an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to work with you when I can 💛

Appointment Flow
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive helpful reminder texts:

  • A confirmation right after booking

  • A reminder 48 hours before your appointment

  • And a final reminder 1 hour before your appointment starts

Before your visit, please fill out my digital consultation form — it helps me get to know your hair, your current routine, and what your goals are, so I can make sure your appointment is booked and customized just right.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of salon services, all sales are final and refunds are not offered. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. If you have any concerns with your service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment, and I’ll be happy to discuss adjustments or solutions to ensure you feel confident and taken care of.
